NEWS, SHOWS, FREE MUSIC, RELEASE DATE, EXTRASHey everybody! I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving holiday and is excited for December... As many of you know, recently I signed with a label out of LA that goes by the name of The Militia Group, and last week I had the privilege of being flown out to sunny California for the mastering of the new album, "calendar days". The record was mastered at The Mastering Lab (U2, Dixie Chicks, Paul McCartney, Green Day, etc), and it was a great experience getting to see how a real mastering session works. I had a great time while I was there, and had a fun time with the TMG people. I spent the majority of my time in Hollywood and had a lot of meetings with different folks. The trip was great. I have to admit that California is such a beautiful place.
As you can see above, the national release date of "calendar days" will be announced very soon!! (Right now the tentative release date is set for Feb. 25th, 2003, but depending on a few things that happen this week, this is subject to change.) On the week of release date, you will be able to find the CD in most record stores across the nation!

The All-American Rejects are a great new band on Dream Works Records from OK, and Mosseisley is a great young band of female siblings from Tyler, TX. Every show is important, but this show is somewhat extra special for me. In fact, IF YOU LIVE IN THE D/FW AREA AND WOULD LIKE TO HELP PROMOTE THIS SHOW, please email me with your physical address, and I will gladly send fliers to you to pass out at shows, school, movies, or where-ever you feel there's an interest.
For the many of you not in Texas on the list, rest assured that touring the globe is a priority, and will happen soon... Thank you so much for your on going support - it's amazing.
The COCA-COLA PRESENTED BUZZ-OVEN promotional CD with 2 tracks from calendar days will be released in mid December! 10,000 copies will be all over D/FW, and the 2 tracks are "Saturday" and "Skies so Blue". Check out http://www.buzz-oven.com for more info on how you can get a free copy!
That's the news for now, but stay tuned. Thanks again for being a part of this.
